WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A STOLE?
To qualify for an ENGAGE stole for graduation, a student must meet the Member of Excellence requirements for at least two years during their time in high school.
In order to qualify as a Member of Excellence, the student must:
- Attend all regularly scheduled Chapter meetings (one absence is allowable)
- Participate in at least four of the five annual service projects hosted by the Chapter
- Alternate individual service projects are allowable at the discretion of the Advisor
- Attend a minimum of one state-level competition during the school year
- Recruit one new member for the Chapter
- Take part in the Chapter’s official Induction Ceremony
- Complete all official affiliation requirements with ENGAGE
- Participate in at least one publicity activity for the Chapter, which may include:
- write an article for the local or school newspaper
- assist in publishing one Chapter newsletter
- create a Chapter bulletin board
- film a video to be used in a Chapter social media campaign
- assist in managing the Chapter website
- other necessary publicity activities as determined by the Chapter Advisor
HOW MUCH DO THE STOLES COST?
Stoles are $15 (including shipping).
HOW DO I ORDER A STOLE?
Stoles must be ordered by the Chapter Advisor using the e-Store on the Advisor Portal.
WHAT IS THE LATEST I CAN ORDER A STOLE AND RECEIVE IT BEFORE GRADUATION?
Stoles must be ordered no later than the first week of April in order to arrive prior to graduation.
