Overview
This competition focuses on civic leadership through three modules: Policy Proposal, Budget Simulation, and Ethical Decision-Making. Teams research real-life local issues to create policy proposals and advocate for them via presentations. The Budget Simulation challenges participants to prioritize services and allocate a limited budget amid unexpected crises. In the Ethics round, students must identify and resolve dilemmas like nepotism or misuse of public funds. The competition emphasizes public administration, fiscal management, and integrity in governance.
