Overview
JROTC competitions cultivate leadership and critical response abilities through Ethics in Action, Conflict Resolution, and Operation Civic Response. Participants evaluate ethical dilemmas and offer justified resolutions based on military standards. Conflict Resolution tasks teams with analyzing and solving interpersonal issues using constructive dialogue. In Operation Civic Response, teams manage a simulated emergency scenario, balancing public safety, logistics, and interagency coordination. These activities develop communication, decision-making, and planning in high-pressure situations.
